The University of Winnipeg, Canada has opened its 2023/2024 World Leaders Scholarship Opportunity Presidential Scholarships to interested applicants who wish to pursue undergraduate, graduate and undergraduate, PACE or ELP programs at the University. Scholarships are for international students.

The University of Winnipeg was established in 1967 when Union College was granted a charter of the corporation. - Eligible Countries: All nationalities
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any of the University’s divisions for the first time: Undergraduate, Graduate, Collegiate, PACE, or ELP.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Be an international student
- Entering the first year of any program/school
- Have a minimum of 80% admission average or equivalent
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities

Resume/CV - Students required to submit two reference letters when applying to colleges.
