The University of Stirling’s International Sports Scholarship Program is one of the largest elite sporting programs in the UK and has supported 700 student-athletes since its inception in 1981 and has sent athletes to the Olympic Games, World Games and Commonwealth Games.

The University of Stirling was named Scottish University of Sport Excellence by the Scottish Government in 2008. Other sports must feature in BUCS, Commonwealth, Olympic or Paralympic programmes.
Scholarship Application Guideline
To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must hold or be applying for an undergraduate or postgraduate course at the University of Stirling. Additionally, students must meet sport-specific eligibility criteria.
